Refund Request From A User

When an erroneous or accidental cash credit is made to any party, user, or company, it can be independently refunded by the company or requested by you. If there is a genuine case of accidental or erroneous cash credit, as indicated by your request or after an independent investigation by Cardspot, we will process the refund. You will receive a refund within two weeks via the same financial instrument/platform you used to make the transaction.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription with Cardspot, please get in touch with us at (EMAIL ID)@gmail.com from your registered email address. The balance in your wallet (called the 'account balance') will be refunded to the payment method of your choice. You should be aware that certain payment methods are subject to additional processing fees that will be deducted from your account balance. We will have to deactivate your account since you've canceled your account with us, so you won't be able to participate in any of our contests. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to become a member with us again in the future.

Technical Issues

We are so confident in our product that we 100% guarantee to refund your money if an error occurs in the transaction or lose any of our contests solely due to technical problems with our Cardspot mobile application. Nevertheless, we will need sufficient evidence from you in order to investigate the issue. If we find that it is a technical issue, we will refund you. To improve our product, we might ask you questions in order to gather your feedback about the error and reproduce it. We will be able to process your refund if you provide us with a valid payment method and enough details. As the cardholder, it is your responsibility to provide accurate/valid information about your bank/Paytm/credit/debit card. In an email sent to you shortly after the refund transaction is successfully submitted at our end, we will provide you with the refund transaction and reference number. If you have not received the refund within 48 hours, please get in touch with us immediately. Only the entry fee of the contest deducted from your wallet/account will be refunded, but not the total estimated winning amount of the contest under the assumption that the requested user has the highest probability of winning the contest; therefore, the maximum refund will be your entry fee deducted from your wallet.

Disruption of Services

In the event of service outages caused by failures of our service providers, computer viruses, natural disasters, or any other reason beyond our control, Cardspot is not responsible for any losses resulting from the cancellation of any games. Cardspot cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of games caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

Failed Account Validation

Players' personal information may be checked or validated by Cardspot from time to time. Validation can be done over the phone or through email. Several attempts will be made to contact you if we are unable to reach you at first. Our company reserves the right to suspend your account if the validation fails or if we are unable to contact you after making all possible attempts. Your account will then be refunded to the financial instrument or platform you used to make the online payment.

Account closure on a voluntary basis

You can terminate your account and cease to use our gaming services by contacting us at (EMAIL ID)@gmail.com with a clear explanation of your intention. We will terminate your account within 10 working days after we have evaluated your case. As a result of emailing your request to terminate your account, any actions you take on your account, such as playing cash games, tournaments, depositing, and withdrawing money, will be deemed as actions taken solely by you, and Cardspot shall not be held responsible.

Forfeiture Of An Inactive Account

In order to activate your account, you must log in and use your cash balance to play a cash game. If you do not activate your account after receiving the reminders, the cash balance will be forfeited to Cardspot. You will receive all reminders to your profile's email address or phone number as part of the account information you submitted to Cardspot. Our breach and consequences policy governs the handling of unused funds in accounts found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
